BIOGRAPHY: BAND (RAINING HORSESHOES)
Raining Horseshoes is a powerful country music and rodeo rock n' roll band currently performing throughout the California Pro Rodeo Circuit. Their music appeals to fans of high-energy rodeo music and both traditional and modern country music styles. Influenced by the great Buck Owens, George Strait, Willie Nelson and Chris LeDoux, Raining Horseshoes takes the "best of the best" mapping out the sounds of Bakersfield, Texas and Nashville into one huge road trip through honky-tonks, broken hearts and rowdy rodeo rock n' roll.
Raining Horseshoes has opened for numerous national headliners such as Asleep at the Wheel, Suzy Bogguss, Tanya Tucker, Ricky Skaggs and Ty Herndon. They entertain regularly at fairs, PRCA rodeos and country music dance venues. Several cuts from their debut CD, "Wish You Were Loving Me" stayed on the domestic reporting charts for over 18 weeks and continue to receive international airplay. The song “You kissed the Words Right Off My Lips” was featured on the compilation CD “Nashville’s Best Volume 1”. Raining Horseshoes grabs you with true heart-felt country ballads, drives your boots to the floor with upbeat honky-tonk selections and leaves you knowing you have just experienced country music at its best.
